Practical questions.
Is the license recurring or priced per user?
No. Both standalone tiers have a one-time organization license fee. There is no annual subscription or per-seat charge. MeasureMap is proprietary software, licensed for self-hosted use.
What should we verify before buying?
Ask for a walkthrough using representative measure definitions. Confirm the proposed version’s CSV mapping and validation, search, roles, status changes, and recorded change information. Agree on deployment scope, installation prerequisites, updates, and support in the order form.
Can we see the product first?
Book a demo to review the registry workflow and your technical requirements. If you need an evaluation on your infrastructure, ask about pilot access and agree on the scope before deployment.
How does invoicing work?
We send an order form and a single invoice, payable by ACH, wire, or card. CGC Labs operates through CGC Ventures Holdings LLC and can provide a W-9 and standard procurement paperwork. After payment, we deliver the software package with installation instructions.
Does a license payment count toward a later retainer?
No. The standalone license fee is not credited against a later CGC Labs retainer. The retainer includes MeasureMap at no separate fee.
